Nursing Home Fall Leads to Resident’s Death
For most people, falling at home is inconvenient and potentially embarrassing. It can be painful, but it is rarely a serious event. During one such time, Satiro was dropped by nursing home staff and was seriously injured Shortly after the fall, he died from the injuries he suffered. Specifically in Satiro’s case, the suit alleges the facility failed to take adequate safety precautions when moving residents.
