SETTLEMENT

Our client was stopped in traffic when the car behind him failed to stop. The collision caused a herniated disc in our client’s neck. He ultimately underwent spinal neck fusion surgery. The defense claimed he had a preexisting degenerative condition in his neck and that the auto accident did not cause the need for neck surgery.
